The Client Experience Manager II position is responsible for the following:

The Client Experience Manager II position is responsible for the following:

  • Key daily point of contact for one or more health plans
  • Owns health plan meetings to address escalated issues, discuss new items, and to come to resolutions on issues by working autonomously and engaging internal resources when appropriate
  • Ability to understand the client and business need as it relates to projects and enhancements; drives these to successful completion without oversight
  • Owns tracking of client issues that require research/investigation and coordination to reach resolutions
  • Collaborates with internal resources to address client concerns and issues.
  • Uses data and facts to identify and solve a range of problems for assigned health plans
  • Delivers effective and time sensitive verbal and written communications to internal/external audience
  • Understands data and reporting and can articulate program and value updates to client
  • Helps facilitate regulatory and contractually required meetings (i.e. audits, JOCs, etc.)

Minimum Experience Required

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a health care service or account management role
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred
